To download an existing greeting from NuPoint for use elsewhere, 
  1. Enable remote access to MiCollab for trusted networks.
  2. Get the Mailbox number for the call flow (e.g., Mailbox 3355).
  3. Login to MSL as root via PuTTY.

  1. From root console, enter the command ad and press enter.
  2. Enter record type # 0.
  3. Enter your mailbox number (e.g., Mailbox 3355).
  4. Press enter at the Mailbox, Dump (M/D) [M]: prompt.

  5. Copy the ID from Greeting1.

  1. Press Ctrl + C to exit the ad utility.
  2. Enter the command adpcmget <greetingId> (e.g., adpcmget 41904).

  3. Download the file from the MSL /root/ directory via WinSCP.

The file can now be used elsewhere in the system.
