When the Windows Notification appears, the entire area in the red square is not active.
(Windows appears to block this area, making it appear as if the Windows notification is larger than it really is)
If the user happens to have MiCollab Client located in this area of their desktop, they will find they cannot click the answer button.
They may not realize the area is inactive and will not notice the cursor changes shape inside/outside of this area, and they'll simple report that they cannot answer calls.
This is caused by Windows Notification consuming more area than is required, and this is not controlled by MiCollab.
NOTE: A similar issue also happens if you receive a Windows Notification for Outlook, where that notification will block your ability to access underlying Excel cells (for example).
One solution is to move your MiCollab Client application to a different area of the screen, so the Windows notifications don't have an opportunity to prevent access to the MiCollab call-control buttons.
