To change your voicemail greeting, go to any Mitel phone and dial the voicemail hunt group, or select the envelope/tape reel key, then follow the below instructions.
- Login to your mailbox with your passcode.
- Press 8 for user options.
- Press 4 change your greeting.
- Press 7 to record a new greeting.
- Follow the prompts to complete.
